Booked the twilight spa package for my mum and I. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was excellent, the items in the afternoon tea were fresh and the treatments we got were amazing. We went on a Thursday afternoon and it was pretty quiet and relaxed. One thing I would recommend is to ask for the treatments to be after using the pool/jacuzzi etc so the oils and creams don't get washed off.

We went here for afternoon tea. What a beautiful setting. The service was great on the whole, but we did have to wait quite some time for our tea. It was worth the wait. The sandwiches were delicious, the scones were light and fluffy, and the little cakes were unusual and scrumptious. We would like to praise the duty manager, whose name I have sadly misplaced. He is a charming gentleman from Poland. He gave us great service whilst dealing with a difficult group of guests with charm. He deserves a bonus for that!!!

I cannot fault this place from the minute you arrive. You are made to feel very special. The staff are absolutely wonderful and cannot do enough for you. I would highly recommend this place. The views are fantastic. The rooms are amazing. The food is absolutely fantastic. We had an amazing weekend here And wouldn’t hesitate to come back
